You choose a package on our website, select your event date, and place the order. You can pick up the equipment yourself in Amsterdam, or we'll ship it to you (we don't collect it from your location). Afterwards, you return everything yourself to Amsterdam, or drop it off at a DPD parcel point using the provided return label.

Yes! Our equipment is fully Plug & Play. Connect the transmitter to a music source (laptop, DJ set, or optionally your phone, though that's not recommended), switch on the headphones, and everyone can join in right away. No technical knowledge required.

Yes, we require a minimum order of 10 headphones per booking. After that, you can add more in steps of 10, ideal for both smaller parties and large festivals.
